Brandy Crusta

  • 1 ¾ oz. brandy
  • ¼ oz. maraschino Luxardo 
  • ¼ oz. curacao
  • ½ oz. sugar syrup
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 oz. sugar, spread onto a plate
  • 1 lemon twist or orange twist
Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a glass then dip the glass into the plate of sugar. In a pitcher add the brandy, maraschino, curacao, sugar syrup, lemon juice, bitters, and ice. Stir to mix then strain the cocktail into the glass with the sugar rim.
Garnish with a lemon twist or orange twist and serve.
