Clover Club

  • 1 ½ oz. gin
  • ½ oz. raspberry syrup
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • 1 oz. egg white
  • ½ cup ice

In a cocktail shaker add the gin, raspberry syrup, lemon juice and egg white. 
First shake well without ice to emulsify the ingredients.
Then add the ice and shake again. 
Strain into a glass and serve.
