Grasshopper

  • 1 oz. creme de menthe
  • 1 oz. creme de cacao
  • 1 oz. fresh cream
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 sprig mint

Into a cocktail shaker pour the creme de menthe, creme de cacao, fresh cream, and ice. 
Shake well then strain the cocktail into a chilled glass. 
Serve, garnished with a sprig of mint.
