Mai Tai

 

  • 1⅓ oz White Rum
  • ⅔ oz Dark Rum
  • ½ oz Orange Curaćao
  • ½ oz Orgeat syrup
  • ⅓ oz Fresh lime juice

Shake and strain into a highball glass. Garnish with pineapple spear, mint leaves, and lime peel. Serve with a straw.
