- 2 oz. whiskey
- ½ oz. sugar syrup
- 1 oz. lemon juice
- ½ oz. egg white
- 1 cup ice
- ½ oz. red wine
- 1 lemon, zested
Into a cocktail shaker add the whiskey, sugar syrup, lemon juice, egg white and half a cup of ice.
Shake vigorously then strain into a glass filled with the remaining half a cup of ice.
Pour the red wine into the glass to create a float.
Garnish by zesting a fresh lemon over the top of the cocktail and serve.
