- 2 oz. dark rum
- 1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
- ½ oz. orange juice
- ¾ oz. cream of coconut
- 1 nutmeg
- 1 cup ice
Place the rum, pineapple juice, orange juice and cream of coconut into a cocktail shaker.
Add half of the ice into the shaker and shake well.
Into a glass add the remaining ice and then strain the cocktail into the glass.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve.
