• 2 oz. whiskey
  • ½ oz. lemon juice
  • ½ oz. honey syrup
  • 3   thin slices of ginger 
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 slice candied ginger

Place the ginger and into a glass then pour over the honey syrup.
Stir together to infuse, then add the whiskey, lemon juice and ice.
Use a stirrer to gently mix the cocktail then serve, garnished with a slice of candied ginger.
