- 2 oz. tequila
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 3 drops Peychaud’s bitters
- ¼ oz. sage syrup
- 1 sage leaf
Into a cocktail shaker add the tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, Peychaud’s bitters, sage syrup, and ice.
Shake well then strain into a chilled glass.
Serve straight up, garnished with a sage leaf.
