- 2 oz. pisco brandy
- 1 oz. lime juice
- 1 oz. sugar syrup
- 1 oz. egg white
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- ½ cup ice
Into a cocktail shaker add the brandy, lime juice, sugar syrup, egg white and ice.
Shake vigorously to combine the egg white.
Strain into a chilled glass and serve, garnished with two dashes of angostura bitters.
