Porto Flip

  • ½ oz. brandy 
  • 1 ½ oz. port
  • ⅓ oz. egg yolk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 nutmeg

Into a cocktail shaker add the brandy, port, egg yolk and ice.
Shake well till the yolk has dissolved and thickened the cocktail. 
Strain into a glass and serve, topped with a garnish of freshly grated nutmeg.
